By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:- “a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the CDSCO, to forthwith register the Petitioner's complaint regarding the adulterated Ayurvedic drugs; b) Direct the CDSCO to initiate a thorough, time-bound, and comprehensive investigation into the manufacturing, sale, and distribution of adulterated Ayurvedic drugs by Vedik Tree Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. and Dr. Jitendra Arya. c) Direct the CDSCO to take all necessary statutory actions against the said parties including, but not limited to, seizure of all existing stock of the adulterated drugs, suspension or cancellation of their manufacturing and/or sales licences, and initiation of appropriate prosecution under the Act, and the rules framed thereunder. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 3.
