Ahuja Gift House and another and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the complaint (supra), as he has no concern with the partnership firm i.e. Ahuja Gift House, Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that it has been specifically pleaded in para Nos.1 & 2 of the complaint (supra) that the petitioner was approached by complainant-respondent No.1 and he was present at the shop along with his father Harinder Singh and the cheque in question was issued by the petitioner and now he is denying that he has not signed the same. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 refers to Annexure P-4 to submit that the petitioner issued the cheque in question. In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to invoke the provisions of Section 311-A of Cr.P.C. and direct the petitioner to give his specimen signatures and also to obtain his admitted signatures from his bank account or from any other relevant source and thereafter, send the same to alonh with the cheque State Forensic Science Laboratory for comparison along with the cheque to ascertain whether the cheque in question was signed by the petitioner or not. Adjourned to 16.05.2025. Interim order to continue till the next date of hearing.
