The Court made the following order:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 01.12.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.27122 of 2025.
Sri P.Shree Ram, learned counsel, representing Sri N.Srihari, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 01.12.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.27122 of 2025 and the petitioner has received the amount. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case and accordingly prayed to close the Contempt Case. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
