The limited request in the present petition is to request the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of his application whereby he is seeking registration of FIR. 2. It is submitted that the request was made before the learned Trial Court way back in July, 2024 and it is still pending adjudication. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State appears on advance notice, on instructions from I.O., submits that the comprehensive Action Taken Report (ATR) has been submitted before the learned Trial Court on 15.10.2024. 4. He, however, assures that the concerned I.O. would appear before the learned Trial Court on the next date of hearing and would answer any further query. This is a digitally signed order. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not made any observation with respect to the merits of the case and the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to take appropriate decision, in accordance with law.
