The present petition is filed in order to challenge order dated 26.06.2025 passed by the Sub- Divisional officer, Darwha, in Revision Case No.37/MCA-5/2022-23 of Mouza Nimbha, Tah. Darwha, Dist. Yavatmal and order dated 12.04.2023 passed by the Naib Tahsildar, Darwha, in Revision Case No.10/MCA-5/2022-23 of Mouza Nimbha, Tah. Darwha. 2. By impugned order passed under Mamlatdar’s Courts Act, 1906, the Mamlatdar has passed an order for removal of obstruction on road. The Sub-Divisional Officer has maintained the order by dismissing the revision. The only contention canvassed before this Court is that the respondent No.2/plaintiff before the Mamlatdar, has an alternate approach for his agricultural land. I am afraid that the existence of alternate road cannot be a ground for obstructing an existing approach way. 2026:BHC-NAG:7756 2 28.wp.1966.2026.odt 3.
