With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is taken up for final consideration. 02. Challenge in this petition is thrown to order dated 06.10.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench, Jammu [‘The Tribunal’, for short] in Transferred Application No. 146/2023, arising out of CPSW No. 81 of 2019, whereby the petitioners sought implementation of interim order dated 26.11.2018. Since, the order impugned in the contempt petition arises out of the directions passed for implementation of the interim order dated 26.11.2018 and the main matter is still pending consideration before the Tribunal, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, at this stage. 03. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the Tribunal to consider and decide the main matter expeditiously. 04. Disposed of.
