JUSTICE Present: Mr. Devinder Singh, Ms. Komal S HARKESH MANUJA By way of present writ petition, the short prayer made on behalf of the petitioner respondent No.4 to forward his claim with respect to apportionment of compensation in terms of proceedings carried out by respondent No.2 vide notification issued in terms of provisions of Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’). Learned Stat Beri-respondent No.4 submits that the claim of the petitioner already stands forwarded to the competent authority Jhajjar in exercise of powers under Section 11(5) of the Act. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of.
