1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 250/2024 of Police Station Nangloi, Delhi for offence under Section 302/120B IPC.
2. Earlier, the accused/applicant had filed a bail application but the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 06.01.2026 with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after examination of all public witnesses. It is submitted by learned APP for State assisted by IO/Inspector Narender that only daughter of the deceased has been examined and she has supported prosecution, but five more public witnesses remain to be examined. Learned APP for State assures that all the remaining five witnesses shall be got summoned before the trial court on the date already fixed i.e., 08.07.2026.
3. In the above circumstances, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty This is a digitally signed order.
