Ramesh (Government Advocate) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 1959 of 2026 __________ Page4 of 7 ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 21-01-2026 made in I.A.No.5 of 2025 in O.S.No.94 of 2025, on the file of the District Munsif, Udumalpet. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the suit in O.S. No.94 of 2025 seeking for declaration the election held on 24.07.2025 is null and void and General Body Meeting held on 30.06.2025 is null and void and permanent injunction. Pending the suit, the plaintiff has filed I.A. No.5 of 2025 seeking to grant interim injunction against the defendants 5 and 6 from performing as President and Secretary and to not take any decision due to none compliant of age and tenure restriction imposed by National Sports Development Code of India, 2011. Even though the Trial Court heard the arguments on both sides and received the Written arguments from both side counsel on 21.01.2026, the matter was adjourned on 10.02.2026 under the caption for enquiry and till date no order is passed in I.A. No.5 of 2025. Hence, he seeks an appropriate direction to the Trial Court to dispose of I.A. No.5 of 2025 as stipulated by this Court. 3. The learned Government appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that necessary order may be passed to dispose of I.A. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by both side counsel, it is seen that despite both side counsel have argued the matter and submitted their written arguments, yet, the Trial Court has not passed any orders in I.A. No.5 of 2025 in O.S. No.94 of 2025. Hence, the Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
