By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 683/2024, arising out of offences punishable under Sections 21(c) and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2. After some arguments, Dr. Dolly Nair, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 3. The present bail application, alongwith pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant before the learned Sessions Court. 4. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any application that may be filed by the applicant hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
