By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek setting aside of the impugned order dated 09.07.2026 passed by the learned District Judge-02, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS/DJ No. 623/2026, titled as “Mrs. Shaveta Handa & Ors. Vs. Gaganjit Singh”. 2. During the course of the arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited her prayer before this Court to directing the learned Trial Court to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rules 1&2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on 22.09.2026, which is the date already fixed. 3. It is stated that the petitioner is seeking an ad-interim injunction restraining the respondent from alienating or creating third-party interest This is a digitally signed order.
