Netaji Subhash Place for commission of offences under Sections 109(1)/115/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 307/323/34 IPC). 2. A copy of FIR has also been placed on record which indicates that the incident in question had taken place on 26.01.2026. 3. The informant-Mausam Kumar alongwith his relative Anil (injured herein) were going to Shastri Nagar. When they were present at Shastri Nagar Metro Station, accused persons entered into verbal scuffle with Anil for the reason that his status on the device was showing image of some girl. As per informant-Mausam Kumar, he already knew two such persons. There were, in all, six persons who had picked up the quarrel and during the process, one This is a digitally signed order. All such accused persons have been apprehended. Except for the applicant herein and one Vishal, the other persons have been found to be juvenile offenders. 5. As far as the present applicant is concerned, initially, he was also produced before the Juvenile Justice Board but was declared major by the concerned Board vide order dated 19.02.2026. 6. Charge-sheet has already been filed and case has been committed to Court of Sessions. 7. The injured victim is present and states that applicant should not be enlarged on bail. He apprehends that in case, bail is granted, he would again hurt him. 8. The Nominal Roll of the applicant is on record which indicates his age to be 18 years. He does not have any previous antecedents and his jail conduct is recorded as satisfactory. The other major co-accused is already on bail, albeit, on medical ground. As noted already, the applicant is not author of the blow in question and no specific role has been attributed to him, either. It is also not very clear as to on what basis, he was arrested as there is nothing to indicate that any judicial TIP was ever held or that he refused to participate therein. 9. Be that as it may, keeping in mind the overall facts of the case and, particularly, the young age of the applicant and his clean antecedents, applicant is hereby admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Judicial Magistrate First This is a digitally signed order.
