At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has acknowledged that the present petition has been submitted that by way of filing the present petition, the petitioner is seeking ‘Equal Pay for Equal Work’ i.e. basic minimum pay scale post held by him. However, upon an enquiry conducted into the matter, it was found that now the petitioner is working through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRNL) in the Department since 01.07.2022 and is the benefits under the said Portal. A ‘Equal Pay for Equal Work’ i.e. basic minimum pay scale for the post him is misconceived.
