1. By way of the present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 51/2025 dated 12.08.2025, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 318(4), 319 and 340 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that certain audio recordings, alleged to contain conversations between the present applicant and the co-accused persons, have been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory [“FSL”] for examination, and that a supplementary chargesheet is likely to be filed upon receipt of the forensic reports. 3. BAIL APPLN. 1952/2026 appearing on behalf of the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, while requesting that the prosecution be directed to expedite the filing of the supplementary chargesheet so as to enable the applicant to approach the learned Sessions Court thereafter. 4. The present application, alongwith pending applications, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission. 5. The prosecution is directed to take necessary steps for expeditious procurement of the FSL report and consequent filing of the supplementary chargesheet. Upon completion thereof, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court by way of an appropriate application at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 6. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any application that may be filed by the applicant hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
