Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the present petition is cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench. 3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench. Registry shall transmit the record of the case to the CAT, Jammu Bench, which shall deal with the same in accordance with law after issuing notice to both the parties.
