1. The petitioner, being a retired employee of the Police Department, has filed this petition for commanding the respondents to reimburse the amount of medical bills to the tune of Rs. 2 Lacs to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the present petition is cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench.
3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench. Registry shall transmit the record of the case to the CAT, Jammu Bench, which shall deal with the same in accordance with law after issuing notice to both the parties. Registry shall retain soft copy of the writ petition for the purpose of record.
