When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the proceedings, the revision petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.4,18,260/- in E.P.No.1388 of 2019 in O.S.No.3755 of 2018. 3. The order under challenge is the attachment of movable properties belonging to the revision petitioner. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount, and upon such withdrawal of amount, the respondent is directed to file a settlement memo before the Execution Court after giving notice to the revision petitioner; accordingly, the attachment shall stand raised. 4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
