(Oral) 1 Prayer in the present civil revision petition is for setting aside the impugned order dated 16.02.2026 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Guhla, Kaithal in case bearing No. EXE/121/2025 titled as ‘Shanti Devi (since deceased) through LR’s Vs. Jeet Kaur and others’, whereby the learned Executing Court has dismissed the objections (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioners.
2. After arguing for some time, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant civil revision petition so as to enable them to avail other remedies (if any), available under law.
