1. Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties. 2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner confines his prayer to issuing a direction to Respondent No. 3 for consideration of and decision on the representation preferred by the Petitioner dated 11.06.2025, whereby a prayer has been made to exclude Jaitpur Colony from Zone O in the master plan. made, we, without entering into the merit of the claim of the Petitioner, dispose of the present Writ Petition with a direction to Respondent No. 3 to consider the prayers made in the representation dated 11.06.2025, which has been annexed as Annexure-P5 to the Writ Petition by passing a reasoned and speaking order. To facilitate the decision to be taken under this order, we permit the Petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Delhi Development Authority (“DDA”), which shall be considered and decided as ordered above. 3. The decision on the representation to be made under this order shall be taken by the appropriate authority of the DDA within a period of two months from the date the representation is received by them. 4.
