It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner already had made a representation on 22.05.2026, which has been considered by the respondents by way of a speaking order dated 01.07.2026, by which the objections of the petitioner regarding his technical exclusion from the bid process have been considered and it has been found that the petitioner did not possess the requisite qualification to be entitled to such a contract. 3. Mr. Rahul Pant, ld. Sr. Advocate appearing for the petitioner, has examined the rejection order dated 01.07.2026. 4. Given the submissions made by the respondents, that representation has been rejected by the respondents, he seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh.
