ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant permission for conducting the annual festival of Sri Kaliamman and Sri Seetha Lakshmana Hanumantha Sametha Pattabisheka Ramar Temple at N. Pancampatti Village, Dindigul District, on Government land comprised in Survey No.202/3, from 26.05.2026 to 28.05.2026, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2026. The proposed events include Annadhanam on 26.05.2026; Agni Chatti Attam at 6.00 a.m. and Ramayanam Paduthal at 9.00 a.m. on 27.05.2026; and Bhakthi Innisai Katcheri, Ramayanam, and Vanniyar Puranam programmes on 28.05.2026.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that all the aforesaid festival events had been conducted and celebrated in a grand manner and, therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
