The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) for initiating the contempt proceeding against the opposite parties/contemnors and Patna High Court MJC No.1947 of 2021(3) dt.11-03-2026 2/3 also for their punishment provided under the provisions of the contempt of courts Act as the opposite parties / contemnors have willfully and deliberately violated / disobeyed/ disregarded the order and direction dated 21.12.2019 of the Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C.No. 16756 of 2016 whereby and whereunder the writ application has been disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 and 6 to ensure that the full compensation award amount as prepared by the authorities, is paid to the petitioner, if already not done within 3 weeks from the date of production of copy of this order before them.The operative portion of the order is as follows: "Having regard to the aforesaid the writ application stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 5 and 6 to ensure that full compensation award amount, as prepared by the authorities, is paid to the petitioner, if already not done, within three Patna High Court MJC No.1947 of 2021(3) dt.11-03-2026 3/3 weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before them." 3.
