Feeling aggrieved, petitioner instituted this writ petition on 17.02.2026. Trade Unions Act ibid provides the efficacious remedy against the refusal of Registrar to register a Trade Union. 2. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his grievance.
