This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Since these five bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. These are bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Kundura P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025 corresponding to C.T. Case No.08 of 2026 (G.R. Case No. 1193 of 2025) pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jeypore, Koraput, for commission of offences punishable U/S. 310(2) of BNS, on the main allegation of committing dacoity from the informant and others travelling in a Hyundai Alcazar car bearing Regd. No. CG04-NT-6074 by stopping the said car and showing arms, along with co-accused persons. 4. Heard, Mr. Arijeet Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners in BLAPL Nos. 1942, 1946 & 2067 of 2026; Ms. Heera Das, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 2035 of 2026; Mr. Bikash Chandra Parija, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 2514 of 2026 and Mr. R.B. Mishra, learned Addl. PP in these matters and perused the record. 5. After having considered the rival submissions upon perusal of record, the FIR appears to have been registered against unknown persons, but the petitioners-Sana Harijan & Karna Harijan in BLAPL No. 1946 of 2026, Ramakanta Harijan @ Turuk in BLAPL No. 2035 of 2026 and Anil Khosla in BLAPL No. 2067 of 2026 have allegedly been identified in the TI parade, however, the petitioners are in custody since long, but the charge sheet has already been submitted in the meantime. Further, there is no serious criminal antecedent reported against the petitioners, who have not been identified in TI parade. 6. In the aforesaid facts and situation and taking into account the materials so placed on record and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioners in custody, but keeping in view the identification of the petitioners Sana Harijan, Karna Harijan, Ramakanta Harijan @ Turuk and Anil Khosla, this Court while not being inclined to grant bail to the petitioners Sana Harijan, Karna Harijan, Ramakanta Harijan @ Turuk and Anil Khosla, considers it proper to admit the rest of the petitioners in BLAPL Nos. 1942 & 2514 of 2026 to bail. 7. Hence, the bail applications of petitioners- Sana Harijan & Karna Harijan in BLAPL No. 1946 of 2026, Ramakanta Harijan @ Turuk in BLAPL No. 2035 of 2026 and Anil Khosla in BLAPL No. 2067 of 2026 stands rejected, whereas the bail applications of the petitioners namely Kanhu Harijan @ Kamal Lochan Barik, Ganesh Harijan, Ajay Harijan, Arun Muduli @ Kiran Muduli @ Debu Muduli, Sansai Harijan, Sumeet Sahil Naik @ Sumit Sahil Nayak & Narasingh Harijan (BLAPL No. 1942 of 2026) and Bhuban Harijan (BLAPL No. 2514 of 2026) are allowed and they are allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 8. Accordingly, these BLAPLs stand disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. A soft copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned Court, who shall afterwards communicate the same to the concerned Jail through e-mail for reference. (G.
