Yes -2- Necessary period was four months on account of the earlier decision passed in LPA No.169 of 2025, titled Union of India and Anr. Vs. Atul Sharma and Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 16.07.2025. 2. Learned Dy. Solicitor General of India submits that the needful shall be done within a period of six weeks from today. Accordingly, on the assurance of the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, we dispose of the present execution petition, directing the respondents to comply with the order. 3.
