On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that, so far, the complaint lodged by the petitioner has not been received by the respondents 1 to 4 herein. It seems that there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and that the petitioner has lodged the complaint through post. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the fourth respondent in person.
