He submits that, earlier also he had approached this Court as his application seeking parole, which was submitted by him on 15.03.2026, had not been decided. 3. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon order dated 12.05.2026 passed in W.P. Criminal No. 1524/2026 4.
