1. The petitioner, who is presently incarcerated in Central Jail No. 2, Tihar Jail, seeks transfer to a semi-open jail. For this purpose, the petitioner had earlier approached this court by way of W.P.(CRL) 3925/2025. By order dated 28.11.2025, the respondent was directed to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer to a semi-open jail, and pass necessary orders within four weeks. However, no order has yet been communicated to the petitioner.
2. Being aggrieved by the aforesaid, the petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking transfer to a semi- open jail.
