1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing Circular bearing No. 184 issued by respondent No. 4, by virtue of which, the respondent No. 4 intimated all the concerned that the petitioner has voluntary vacated the services of the Bank w.e.f.
13.06.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of ailment, the petitioner could not continue as Assistant Banking Associate with the respondent-Bank, as such, the respondents be requested to consider the representation of the petitioner for resuming his duties as Assistant Banking Associate in Branch Office Gajansoo.

Though the respondents have filed the objections, objecting the claim of the petitioner and have placed on record order dated 21.06.2021 issued by the respondent-Bank, whereby it is ordered that the petitioner is deemed to have voluntarily vacated his employment w.e.f. 13.06.2022, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank submits 54

that the representation of the petitioner, submitted by him, shall be decided in accordance with the rules in-vogue.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation, stated to have been filed by the petitioner for resuming his duties as Assistant Banking Associate in Branch Office Gajansoo in accordance with the rules in-vogue and an appropriate order be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in the office of respondents by the petitioner, accompanied with a representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner.
