By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner inter alia seeks issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the rejection order no.F.18/29/2026/HG/PRISONS/ 6000-02 (E-356060) dated 04.05.2026 passed by the Competent Authority. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh with better particulars. 3.
