Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The Petitioner is in custody since 1st September, 2025. It is alleged that the petitioner and her son hatched a conspiracy to lure unsuspecting persons with promise of jobs in foreign countries. Accordingly, several persons paid huge amounts of money to both of them. Subsequently, they failed to keep their promise. As a result, several persons were cheated of cash. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a lady, she has no direct role to play in the offence. Moreover, a sum of Rs.5 lakhs has been paid to the informant, R. Bhima Rao. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant confirms that the amount of Rs. 5 lakh has been received by his client. 6. Learned counsel for the State submits that the total amount Order No. 01 . defrauded by the petitioner along with her son amounts to Rs.35 lakhs. 7. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the nature of accusations, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, I am inclined to take a lenient view. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that she shall appear personally before the trial court on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default, necessary orders shall be passed by the court to take him to custody again. 8.
