JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR MOHAPATRA ORDER 18.08.2026 Order No. 03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the CRLMC application as well as the prayer made therein. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, contended that in the meantime, a charge sheet has already been filed. He further submitted that the Petitioner does not want to press this application at this stage, with liberty to raise all the grounds urged herein at the time of framing of charge by filing a discharge application. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present CRLMC application is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to file an appropriate discharge application, taking all the grounds urged in the present application as well as such other Page 2 of 2. grounds as may be available to him in support of the discharge application. In the event such an application is filed, the learned trial court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law, keeping in view the materials collected during investigation by the Investigating Officer, and pass appropriate consequential orders thereon. 5.
