By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer that in light of the fact that the petitioner is a class-IV employee and the age of superannuation of class-IV employees in the State is 60 years, he be allowed to serve the respondent-Department till the age of 60 years and the respondents be restrained from superannuating him at the age of 58 years. 3. Learned Assistant Advocate General submits that this issue is pending before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4.
