Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was in jail in connection with some other FIR and the competent Court has granted him the interim bail till 23.07.2026. The reference is made to the order dated 08.06.2026.
2. Bearing in mind the earlier directions for extension of the petitioner’s parole, the Court deems it appropriate to extend the parole till 23.07.2026.
3. The petitioner must surrender on or before 23.07.2026. The petitioner has already complied with the terms and conditions for earlier extension. The same shall remain in force till he surrenders.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
