The petitioner does not press for any other reliefs. 3. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent states that the said applications of the petitioner will be decided in accordance with law. 4. In light of the aforesaid statement, the following order is passed : ORDER (i) The respondent No.1 is directed to decide the petitioner’s applications dated 8th March, 2022 and 30th September, 2022, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. (ii) The interim order dated 9th August, 2024 be continued till hearing and final disposal of the application. In the event, the application of the petitioner is dismissed, the interim order be continued for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
