1. Heard Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
2. Mr. Nayak submits that admittedly a Matrimonial (Divorce) proceeding is pending between the Petitioner and his wife before the concerned Family Court.
3. As such, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the Petitioner to approach concerned Family Court, in accordance with law, for redressal of his grievance.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
