This application has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2, who was enlarged on bail by order dated 09.11.2020 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 29892 of 2020, arising out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019. 3. Perused the records. Having considered the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to have approached the same Bench, so long as it was available, for seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 or in the alternative, should have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court. This Court cannot sit in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1929 of 2022(5) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 appeal over or review the order passed by another learned Single Judge of this Court. 4.
