Recorded the submission of Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners. The alleged incident stands narrated in the FIR. It has been alleged therein that the petitioners demanded money from the informant and committed the overt acts and assaulted him by means of a knife and Thenga causing severe bleeding injuries. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road, Jajpur within a fortnight from today and in the event, they surrender in compliance thereof, shall be released on bail in connection with C.T.
