While placing on record communication dated 27.08.2026, issued under the signatures of Financial Advisor & CAO, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, Mr. Deepak Sharma,
learned counsel for the respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands complied with.

Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds that remaining sum on account of dearness relief and differential amount has been disbursed in favour of the petitioners.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Needless to say, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents, states that amount, if any, payable towards interest on delayed payment shall be paid expeditiously, preferably within two weeks, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/ order, sought to be executed in the instant proceedings.
