(ORAL) Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for alleged violation of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-29211-2025 (Annexure P1). The operative part of the said order is as under:- “3. Today, learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by Dr. Kanwaljeet Singh, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Batala, informs this Court that within a period of three months from today, the execution application preferred by the petitioner will be decided. 4. In view of the above undertaking given before this Court, no further order is required to be passed, therefore, the instant petition is closed. However, this Court is sanguine that the State shall abide by the undertaking (supra).” 2. Learned State counsel in order to show compliance has filed the short reply by way of affidavit of Dr.Kanwaljeet Singh, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Batala, and has also annexed therewith copy of an order dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure R1) to show compliance of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-29211-2025 (Annexure P1). Order dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure R1) reveals that execution in question has been disposed of though liberty was granted to the applicant to get it revived in accordance with law after producing proper proof of executable particulars. Since the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP- 29211-2025 (Annexure P1) already stands complied with, no further action is required. 4. In case, petitioner is not satisfied with the order dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure R1), as placed on record by learned counsel for the State today, she is at liberty to avail the remedy available with her in order to challenge the same. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
