The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount payable to the petitioner in relation to the work executed by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. Page 3 of 4

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Damineni Teja, learned counsel representing Sri Shaik Mohammed Ismail, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the writ petition, the amount has been paid to the petitioner by the authorities. Hence, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
