Mr.Sikander Bhushan, Deputy Advocate General for the respondents. CMP No.2578 of 2026 By way of present application, the petitioner has prayed for revival of the execution petition, which was disposed of on 16.10.2025. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced copy of letter dated 10.03.2026 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur at Reckong Peo. The same is taken on record. A perusal of order dated 10.03.2026 reveals that the benefits in terms of directions are being extended to the petitioner in obedience to judicial directions and administrative instructions and shall remain purely provisional, subject to final outcome of the pending Letters Patent Appeals and/or any other proceedings connected with Mohit Sharma’s case.
