The said order passed by the Supreme Court reads as under: “1. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks. 2. Notice on behalf of the respondent has been accepted by Mr. Devendra Kumar Shukla, Advocate-on-Record. 3. In the meantime, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.” 2. The aforesaid order passed by the Supreme Court is taken on record. 3.
