No.1925 of 2026 ORDER The present petition has been filed by the respondents in DVC No.09/2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham, Dindigul District, seeking to quash the said proceedings. 2. Pending trial, the defacto complainant and the petitioners are entered into a compromise, wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the said proceedings and she has agreed for reunion. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they are living together from 10.02.2026 onwards. 4. Today, the complainant in DVC No.09/2025 is present in person before this Court and acknowledges the fact that she has reunited with her husband and does not wish to prosecute the DVC No.09/2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham, Dindigul District. 5. Considering the above said facts, the complaint in DVC No. 09/2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham, Dindigul 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP(MD). No.1925 of 2026 District is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo dated 17.03.2026 shall form part and parcel of this order.
