MR. M. IMTHIAS ORDER Challenging the order passed by the Trial Judge in M.P No.1 of 2022 in RLTOP No.02 of 2026, the tenant has come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. The Trial Court, relying upon the ratio laid down in J.Thennarasu Vs.anitha Nalliah in CRP(PD).No.2532 of 2021 and CRP (NPD). Nos. 2372 & 2373 of 2021 dismissed the application. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner has preferred this revision.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that, as on date, there are rental arrears of Rs.3,00,000/-, and the matter is also reserved for orders. It is further submitted that despite huge arrears, the tenant shows his unwillingness to comply with the order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. This Court finds that the reasons assigned by the Trial Judge require no interference. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
