Learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl) for the State appears on advance notice and submits that investigation is already on and the petitioner herein is specifically named in the FIR. 3. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take other appropriate steps as available under law. 4.
