Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0150/2026 dated 14.05.2026, registered at Police Station Dwarka North, for commission of offence under Sections 110/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 308/34 IPC) and his prime argument is to the effect that on the relevant date, he was away to Bareilly, U.P. 2. Learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl) for the State appears on advance notice and submits that investigation is already on and the petitioner herein is specifically named in the FIR. 3. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take other appropriate steps as available under law. 4.
