2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
“(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Licensing Officer- cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Tirhut Forest Division, Muzaffarpur-Respondent No.4 to dispose of the renewal application dated 19.04.2025 (Annexure-P-5) which has been filed by the petitioner for renewal of license bearing License No. 191 of 1995 for the Year 2022-2026 in terms of decision of State Level Committee For Wood-Based Industries, Bihar dated 14.01.2025 as the renewal 19.04.2025

3. The petitioner wants the petition pending before the respondent no.4, the Licensing Officer-cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Tirhut Forest Division, Muzaffarpur be disposed of.

In that circumstance, with the consent of the parties the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4, the Licensing Officer-cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Tirhut Forest Division, Muzaffarpur to look into the matter and do the needful so that matter is taken to its logical conclusion.
