Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced copy of communications dated 09.04.2026, 04.04.2026 and
order dated 07.04.2026. The same are taken on record.
A perusal of communcation dated 07.04.2026 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur District at Reckong Peo reveals that the mandate contained in the
judgment passed by this Court, has been complied with and the benefit of higher stage of pay in favour of the petitioner has been granted with effect from the date, he fulfills the prescribed eligibility conditions, after completion of the requisite two years of service after regularization (i.e. 01.04.2024), strictly in accordance with the provisions of the amended rules.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order has been passed, but the financial benefits have not been released in favour of the petitioner.
Since the respondents have passed the order in compliance to the directions issued by this Court on 02.06.2025 in CWP No.9147 of 2025, titled, Vikram Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, the present proceedings are closed.
In view of the above, the application is disposed of. However, it is made clear that in case the financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks’ from today, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the execution petition.
