PP has submitted that there is no case pending against the petitioner in the Barpeta Road Police Station. Therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner is unfounded that the police personnel of the Barpeta Road Police Station are searching him. 3. Since, there is no case pending against the petitioner, the anticipatory bail application is closed. 4.
