Mishra, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and Mr. R. R. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5. 2. The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 26.03.2026 passed by the Superintendent of Excise, Tinsukia whereby the renewal proposal of the licences of the petitioner was not taken into consideration in view of Order No.389586/6 dated 18.11.2025 of the Commissioner of Excise, Assam. 3. Mr. R. R. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 submitted that the said order dated 26.03.2026 has been withdrawn by the Superintendent of Excise vide another order dated 20.04.2026. The said order dated 20.04.2026 is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. Page No.# 3/3 4. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains in the instant writ petition.
