The petitioner seeks for early disposal of O.S.No.180 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Jayankondam. 3. The petitioner is the first defendant in the suit. The said suit was filed for declaration that the plaintiff is the owner of the property. Since a limited relief is sought for by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition viz., for early disposal of the Civil Suit, this Court is of the considered view that no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.180 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. Accordingly, this Court directs the Trial Court to frame issues based on the pleadings of the respective parties and thereafter, proceed with the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.180 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Jayankondam within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
